EAST project

We participate in this e-Education project of "Investissements d'avenir" national project. It is a question of developing 3D interactive environments to learn new concepts, technical gestures, and procedures particularly in the area of renewable energies. Other partners are : le Cesi, l'Insa de Rouen, l'Afpa, Dassault Systèmes, etc.

HUBBLE project (2015-2018)    

The ANR HUBBLE (HUman oBservatory Based on anaLysis of e-LEarning traces) project proposes the creation of an observatory for the construction and sharing of analysis processes of  traces of massive on-line courses. Our observatory will give the actors of such courses (e.g. teachers, researchers, designers, students, administrators and policy makers) the possibility to analyze and explain the teaching and learning phenomena occurring  within e-learning environments. Other partners are: Team MeTAH, LIG (Grenoble), Le LINA (Nantes), Team SILEX, LIRIS (Lyon),Team EIAH,  LIUM (Laval), OpenClassrooms (Paris), L’Institut français de l’Éducation (IFé, ENS de Lyon), Le laboratoire STEF (Paris).

STAGO-IVET project

The STAGO-IVET project is funded by the Diagnostica Stago company. This project seeks to use the medium of virtual reality to train employees on the various machines found in pharmaceutical laboratories. The modeling and simulation of these machines will allow the users to create teaching situations (with a scenarion and a tutor) for human training and learning. Mascaret is used for the design of the virtual environment.

MOOCTAB project (2015-2018)      

The ITEA 2 MOOCTAB (Massive Open Online Course TABlet) project aims at creating a tablet based platform dedicated to the lifelong learning (primary, secondary, higher, and continuous) using an on-demand MOOC platform. Other partners are: Telecom Saint Etienne, Gemalto SA, IMMANENS, Mantano SAS, NXP SemiConductors, Viaccess-Orca, Bahcesehir University, KOBIL, TUBITAK, Ubit, Vestel Elektronik.

ORPHEE project (2015-2018)

The ANR Network Project ORPHEE aims at structuring Technology-Enhanced Learning (TEL) stakeholders communities (industry with special focus on SMEs, providers, designers, educational institutions and professional associations, decision makers, research laboratories, etc.) in order to leverage the synergy of partners to successfully take up TEL challenges, with effective and sustainable results. The focus of the project is on three main issues: International, Business and Training & Experimentations. The project concerns both e-Learning (including the Life Long Learning) and e-Education fields (referring to the initial education).

SIFORAS project

The SIFORAS project (SImulation pour la FOrmation et l’ASsistance) is funded by the competitive cluster Images et Réseaux. It includes industrial partners (Alsthom, Dcns, Nexter, Renault, Sncf). This project consists in developing a pedagogical system for technical training in industrial procedures.

Virtual Lab project

The project aim to  implement the knowledge triangle of education, research and innovation through Multidisciplinary Innovative Centres for the Development of Virtual Laboratories in Biology and Medicine (MICVL) set up in Eastern Neighbouring Area Universities (ENAU) using Virtual Medical Microbiology Laboratory as a pilot product. The centres will produce innovative commercial research-based products for education and science in Biology and Medicine using research and innovative methodology in Information Technology. Other partners are: University of Westminster (UK), University of  L’Aquila (Italy), BIOANIM (Slovenia), Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University (Georgia), David Agmashenebeli University (Georgia), Baku State University (Azrerbaijan), Nariman Narimanov Azrerbaijan Medical University (Azrerbaijan), Ivan Franko National University of Lviv (Ukraine).
