VIPEER

 

 

VIPEER (VIdeo Traffic Engineering in an Intra-Domain Context using Peer-to-Peer Paradigms) is a collaborative project funded by the French "Agence Nationale de la Recherche". It started in January 2010, and shall last 3 years.

The VIPEER consortium includes 1 network operator (France Telecom), a company focused on digital Pay-TV solutions (NDS Technologies), 1 SME specialized in media handling (ENVIVIO) and 3 academic partners : Telecom Bretagne (project leader), Eurecom and IRISA.
