General objectives

The NEUCOD project (for Neural coding) aims at identifying and exploit the strong analogies observed between the structure and properties of the cerebral cortex, and those of modern error corrective decoders. Strongly interdisciplinar, NEUCOD associates information theory, computer science, electronics and neurosciences.

Expected repercussions of this work relate to Artificial Intelligence as well as cognitive neurosciences.
